The 2026 Board of Trustees Election begins May 1. All members in districts 2 and 9 will be voting for the board member to represent them! Ballots are mailed and emailed to members.

To vote online:

To access the login page of the official 2026 Hancock-Wood Election, please type https://www.directvote.net/HWECOH  into the address bar located at the top of your internet screen.

• On your paper ballot or in your email is your Member Number and your Election Passcode. Use both of these numbers to login.

• Once registered, follow the online voting instructions. 

• Online voting begins May 1, 2026 and ends 12:00 AM ET on May 22, 2026.

• Do not mail your ballot if you plan to vote online.
